$3.99 Arby's Roast Beef coupon!

One of my all time favorite Arby's coupons is the $3.99 roast beef coupon. 

You can use this coupon for Beef and Cheddar too.  Some variations include paying a little extra to get large fries.  And actually if you get a coffee sometimes they charge you a little less.  I've never tried to get a large drink because I usually dine in and get free refills but I'm sure you could used the Arby's roast beef coupon in combination with getting a large drink as well.

These coupons often come in the mail.  Sometimes my neighbors give me theirs too!  However, Arby's doesn't always ask for the coupon so you can use it over and over.  Nice!

Here we have a coupon that I can use for my own personal favorite meal: Arby's Beef and cheddar combo meal. Here's what I get:

1. I say "I have a coupon for the $3.99 Beef and Cheddar meal" (you can get the roast beef coupon too if you want). It's actually a button they press so even if you don't have the coupon they might type it in before asking for the coupon. If they do, you might be able to get away without actually having a coupon. Or, if you print this one off and it's low quality or they don't want to accept it then guess what? They'll already have it typed in so they may accept it anyway or not even ask for it!
2. Get MEDIUM sized fries. The fries are so delicious with this Arby's Roast Beef Coupon that I need more than just the small!
3. I ask for a Styrofoam cup instead of a waxed one
4. Drink Mountain Dew with my meal
5. Get ketchup and horsy sauce for the fries. Delicious!
6. Get au ju dipping sauce for the roast beef sandwich
7. Get coffee when I'm done in the same cup (it's self-serve where I'm at).

And that's it! That costs about $4.50 after tax and it really fills you up. If not, makes you drink a few cups of Dew. Enjoy!

On September 9 you'll get a free Regular Roast Beef sandwich when you make a regular soft drink purchase. On September 16 you can have some free Sidekickers with any sandwich purchase on that Wednesday. Then on September 23 there will be a free Roastburger when you go in and buy any soft drink purchase. This is the best deal! Then, the next one isn't so good. You'll get a free FruiTea on September 30 with any sandwich purchase.

Arby's is much more healthy than other fast food places, but it still packs a lot of calories! For example, the Beef n Cheddar Sandwich (Arby's) has 444 calories. If you add a medium
Curly Fries you get another 500 calories. Add a Pepsi to that you're getting another 200 calories or so. Therefore, you meal ends up being 1200 calories. That's a little much for the normal person! If you get the large pop and refill it you're looking at 600 calories just for the soda, so you'd be enjoying yourself a 1600 calorie meal! The key is to not eat too much!

Arby's Jamocha Swirl Shake is delicious! But it is nearly 500 calories. That's about a meal in itself! We have to be careful not to couple these shakes with some of the burgers with higher calories if we want to remain thin.
